Before we start with this boring story, I would ask that your contributions are made with respect. This blog does not aim to lecture on any of the topics that will be discussed. It simply aims to present a viewpoint that is equally valid as others.
The blog Líderes 360 is a personal project initiated in 2023, to publish content related to management, professional development, etc. In addition to posting related content, the intention is to try to help new leaders. Or any professional who needs help in their professional development, leadership style, and potential situations in their work environment.
And you might be thinking, “Okay, this is all well, but who are you and what do you bring to us different from others?”
My name is Alejandro Escobar, I’m 40 years old, and I live in Barcelona. I have a computer engineering degree and I am currently studying for an MBA. I have a long track record in international professional environments, leading global, multicultural, and multidisciplinary teams and services.
During my professional career, I have had successes and failures. I have always tried to extract the positive part of these experiences to progress and avoid repeating the same mistakes.
-It’s a complicated task since we tend to repeatedly make the same mistakes-
Fortunately, I have had the pleasure of working with different people with impressive experience. Some of them became my mentors or reference professionals, coming from different parts of the world with different leadership styles. All the people I have worked with have contributed different things that have shaped me as a person and professional.
But let’s stop talking about me, let’s focus on the objective of this 360 leaders blog and personal project. As I said at the beginning of this article, the main idea is to help others through my life experiences so they can progress quickly. It is not only oriented to new leaders, but also to employees who want to improve their situation in their company, change jobs or simply understand what their manager expects of them.
However, you are the main character, so I will be delighted if you propose topics that may interest you.
